The rates quoted above are based on double occupancy. Add $25/night for an additional person, including children. Maximum of three guests per room.
Payment for stays of five nights or more is due in full one week prior to arrival.
Take Over The Resort — $1,000 per night.
Includes reserving the grounds for personal use.
The owners unit would
be provided as a meeting/dining place in case of wet weather.
Full Payment to take over the resort is due two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
One night's stay deposit required at the time of making reservations.
For a full refund
cancellation should be made 14 days in advance.
During The Dinah/Kraft Nabisco Tournament and The Coachella Festival
there will be a minimum stay requirement of four nights.
• Rooms with a Kitchen will rent for $225.
• Rooms with Mini Fridge/Coffee Set-ups will rent for $150.
One night’s deposit due at the time of making the reservation.
The Balance will be due in full one month prior to the reservation nights.
